This recipe is so simple to follow and make. You will need the following ingredients:-
- 2 cups of basil
- 1/3 cup of pine nuts or some people use walnuts
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan
- 1 large garlic clove – minced
- extra virgin olive oil
Start by pulsing the basil and pine nuts in a food processer. Once blended add the garlic clove, pulse some more, add the Parmesan, pulse a little more, add the extra virgin olive oil and blend all together for a few minutes. So simple. Store it in the fridge until you are ready to use it. It tastes great on chicken and salmon, on toast with a little melted cheese on top, pasta and many more delicious ways. Enjoy!
