Blueberries

Blueberries are a particular favourite of mine. They taste great mixed with oatmeal or cereal or in a smoothie and are bursting with nutrition as well as being very low in calories.

Aim for around 3 servings of fruit a day… this may sound like a lot but you can always incorporate all of them in one sitting, like me. Top your breakfast cereal with 3 different types of fruit each morning – easy! Combine blueberries, strawberries and banana…. this brightens up a dull breakfast cereal and is a great start to the day.
