Different Dietary Theories

In today’s world, there are hundreds of new diets to try and new one’s coming out every day! Which one do you choose?? I know, it’s overwhelming!

At the Institute for Integrated Nutrition (IIN) we are taught about several different theories. They all claim to make you lose weight and feel fabulous and yet they vary greatly. The diets seem to work but on the other hand they also don’t work. Take a diet based only on drinking juice, for example, it works initially but as soon as you start to reintroduce solid food back into your diet the weight goes straight back on – I question, is it worth it? The key is being able to understand what works for you. Experiment!
